To improve efficiency and reduce power consumption, our R&D team has implemented a series of advanced processes and equipment upgrades:
1. The team carried out several pilot upgrades of the tank control machine to gradually complete the upgrading and transformation of the tank control machine system in each work area.
2. To save energy and reduce carbon emissions, our team implemented a new process of starting the roasting of natural gas reduction while optimizing the voltage maintenance. So far, 22 cells have been started smoothly, saving 2.88 million kilowatt-hours of electricity.
3. To increase the removal of organic matter and reduce costs. The removal of organic matter from the production line is not only a difficult and costly process, but also the lack of removal results in scarring of the decomposition tank, seriously affecting the safety of the operations.
After much work from the team, the organic matter removal process was transformed into double induction removal (combining independent induction and secondary induction), which effectively reduced the cost of organic matter removal. Thanks to the removal transformation process, the causticizing produced reached 212 tons per month, 70 tons/month higher than that before the technical transformation.
