On January 2, the Shandong Hongcan large-scale integrated die-casting project located in the high-end aluminum industrial park of Huimin County Economic Development Zone officially started construction.

Zhang Bo, chairman of China Hongqiao Group, inspected and guided the start of the project.

Zhang Bo pointed out that Shandong Hongcan's large-scale integrated die-casting project is a key link in the Group's building of an automotive lightweight industrial base and will play an important role in driving the extension of the industrial chain of Binzhou's high-end aluminum industry cluster and the further improvement of the value chain.

Shandong Hongcan large-scale integrated die-casting project is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development of new material technology, research and development and manufacturing of auto parts. It is a new demonstration industrial chain of green environmental protection and resource regeneration.

The total investment of the first phase of the project is 480 million yuan. After the completion, it can realise an annual output of 618,000 lightweight large precision aluminum alloy structural parts for automobiles.

This project has introduced the world's most advanced complete set of equipment through independent research and development of heat-free treatment materials, recycled aluminum iron removal technology and mold design technology.
