During the 8th International Aluminum Industry Chain Green Development Summit Forum in Sanya, south of China, our Group launched 6 newly developed products.

They are all under our Group’s recently registered new trademark: WQAL[AG1] , which represents our Group´s desire to keep developing high quality, environment friendly products and strengthens our commitment to making light weighting the third pillar industry for our Group by 2030.

These 6 new materials introduced byZhang Hai, director of the Weiqiao Lightweight Research Institute, are:

WQAL® WHS 340, 370, and 400 high-strength and corrosion-resistant new aluminum alloys, and WQAL®CHF 110 and 130 anti-fatigue casting aluminum alloys, which are specially designed for integrated die-casting without heat treatment.

These new materials are breakthrough products successfully developed by our Group after many years of research and development. They have outstanding mechanical properties and high service performance and can be widely used in automobiles, aerospace, marine engineering, ships as well as other fields. With the advantages of high strength, high toughness, high serviceability, environmental protection, and sustainability, we aim to bring huge changes to the automobile lightweighting and aluminum processing industries.
