Investors
China Hongqiao is one of the world’s largest aluminum producers. It was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2011 and it was included as constituent stock by Heng Seng Index Co., Ltd. in 2022. By the end of 2022, its total assets reached RMB 200.34 billion and the number of its employees exceeded 40,000.

Executive Director

Mr. Zhang Bo was appointed as the executive director and CEO of China Hongqiao on January 16, 2011. He was elected as the chairman on May 31, 2019, and was simultaneously elected to the remuneration committee and the nomination committee. 



In August 1996, Mr. Zhang Bo graduated from Shandong Radio and Television University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, specialized in financial accounting. After obtaining a master’s degree in software engineering from Wuhan University in June 2005, he joined the Hongqiao in 2006. He took charge of designing and operating Hongqiao’s strategic plans and developed rich experience in the aluminum industry.

From April 1998 to February 1999, he served as the deputy general manager of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group. From March 1999 to September 2006, he served successively as the general manager, executive director and chairman of Weiqiao Textile Co Ltd. (“Weiqiao Textile,” listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2003, stock code: 2698.HK). He was a director of Weihai Weiqiao Textile Co Ltd. from July 2001 to May 2010, and the chairman and general manager of Binzhou Weiqiao Science and Technology Industrial Park Co Ltd. (“Binzhou Industrial Park”) from November 2001 to May 2010.

Currently, Mr. Zhang Bo serves as the chairman and general manager (since November 2006) of Shandong Weiqiao Aluminum & Power Co Ltd. (“Weiqiao Aluminum & Power”), the director (since January 2010) and chairman (since June 2019) of Shandong Hongqiao New Materials Co Ltd. (“Shandong Hongqiao”) and the director (since April 2012) of Hongqiao International Trading Co Ltd. (“Hongqiao Trading”), the director (since January 2015) of Hongqiao Investment (Hong Kong) Ltd., the chairman (since September 2018) of Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group, the director (since May 2019) of China Hongqiao Investment Co Ltd., and the director (since June 2019) of Shandong Hongtuo Industrial Co Ltd.


He is currently the vice president of the International Aluminum Institute, vice president of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, president of Shandong Aluminum Industry Association, president of the Binzhou Entrepreneurs Association and president of the Binzhou Aluminum Industry Association. He was awarded the “National Model Worker” in 2010 and was elected as a member of the 12th session of the Shandong Provincial People’s Congress.





Ms. Zheng Shuliang was appointed as the vice-chairman and an executive director of the Company on 16 January 2011. 


She joined the Group in July 2009. From November 1996 to June 1999, she successively led Weiqiao Pioneering Group's metrology section of the raw material purchasing department and the raw material supply department. From June 1999 to June 2001, she served as the head of the metrology department of Weiqiao. She is currently a director and vice-chairman of Shandong Hongqiao (since January 2010) and a director of Weiqiao Aluminum and Power (since November 2011).





Ms. Zhang Ruilian was appointed as an executive director of the company on December 11, 2017. 

Ms. Zhang Ruilian graduated from the Shandong Light Industry Economics and Management School with a diploma in accounting in July 1996. She obtained a bachelor's degree in accounting from Beijing Foreign Studies University in July 2019. Joined the company in June 2006, she had 19 years’ experience in accounting. Ms. Zhang supervises the financial and accounting affairs of the company. From December 2005 to June 2006, she served as the director of Weiqiao Pioneering Group’s audit department. She served as Weiqiao Aluminum and Electricity’s finance minister since June 2006, a director of Weiqiao Aluminum and Electricity since December 2014, the manager of the Shandong Hongqiao’s finance department since February 2010, a director of Shandong Hongqiao since December 2014, and a director of Hongqiao Trading since April 2012. She currently serves as the vice president (since January 2011) and chief financial officer of Hongqiao (since September 2014).



Ms. Wong Yuting has been appointed as an executive Director with effect from 20 August 2021.

Ms. Wong is the Head of Investor Relations and the Head of Corporate Finance of the Company and is responsible for the Company’s overseas capital markets, institutional investor communications, financing and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Wong graduated from the Business School of The University of Nottingham (United Kingdom) in December 2008, majoring in Risk Management and Microeconomics. Ms. Wong joined the Company in June 2011. Ms. Wong has been Head of Investor Relations of the Company from June 2011 to present and Head of Corporate Finance of the Company from March 2014 to present, and is responsible for capital matters as mentioned above.
