Mr. Yang Congsen was appointed as a non-executive director of the company on January 16, 2011. 

He graduated from Ocean University of Qingdao with a diploma in international trade in July 1998 and obtained a master’s degree in business administration from the Dalian University of Technology in July 2006. Joined the company in January 2007, he has more than 19 years of management experience. Before Hongqiao went public in 2011, he managed the production and operation of the company’s self-owned thermal power plants and served as the deputy general manager of Weiqiao Aluminum and Power. From October 1997 to December 1999, he served as the network administrator of Weiqiao Pioneering Group and its predecessor’s personnel section. From December 1999 to October 2003, he was the manager of Weiqiao Pioneering Group’s thermal power plant. From January 2005 to June 2006, he was Weiqiao Pioneering Group’s deputy general manager. He is currently a director of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, a director of Shandong Hongqiao (since January 2010) and a director of Weiqiao Aluminum and Power (since December 2006).

Mr. Zhang Jinglei was appointed as a non-executive director of the company on January 16, 2011. 

He graduated from Xi’an Polytechnic University in July 1997 with a diploma in industrial analytics. He joined Weiqiao Textile (listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code:2698.HK) in October 1997 and worked in the marketing department of Weiqiao Textile (including its predecessor) from September 1998 to September 2000. He has worked successively in the securities office, production technology department and capital market department since October 2000. He is currently an executive director of Weiqiao Textile (since June 2010), a company secretary (since May 2010) and a director of Weiqiao Pioneering Group (since September 2018).

Mr. Tian Mingming, aged 46, was appointed as a non-executive Director on 11 July 2024. 

He graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics (中央財經大學) with a bachelor’s degree majoring in international finance in July 2000. He also graduated from Renmin University of China (中國人民大學) in July 2003 majoring in finance and obtained a master’s degree of economics. From July 2003 to February 2011, he successively served as a secretary and a secretary (deputy division level) of the secretariat of the office of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (中國出口信用保險公司). From December 2010 to February 2011, he served as the deputy division director of the first underwriting division of the special export insurance underwriting department of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (中國出口信用保險公司). From March 2011 to March 2019, he successively served as the deputy general manager, deputy general manager (presiding over the work) and the general manager of the fourth trust business department of CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. (中信信託有限責任公司, “CITIC Trust”). From March 2019 to March 2020, he served as the business director of CITIC Trust and general manager of the fourth trust business department of CITIC Trust. From March 2020 to January 2021, he served as the business director of CITIC Trust and the general manager of the international business department of CITIC Trust. From January 2021 to May 2024, he served as the general manager of the international business department of CITIC Trust. Since May 2024, he has served as a member of the Party Committee and the deputy general manager of CITIC Trust.
