Our lightweight full body assembly project of Shandong Hongao Automobile Lightweight Technology Co., Ltd. cutting edge technology includes double-head CNC sawing machines, three-axis CNC, deep bending machine, automatic hydraulic press line, automatic connection device (six-axis robot), uncoiling cutting line, laser cutting machine, CMT arc welding robot, SPR robot, FDS robot, glue coating robot, main welding conveyor line for body assembly of 155 sets of main equipment, reaching an annual output of 250,000 stamping parts, 50,000 white body assemblies, 50,000 profile parts, and 100 molds.
